Final Payment is requested by check or wire transfer & must be on a US bank in US funds.
For stays less than 6 weeks, the final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For stays 6 weeks or longer, the final payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Written notice of cancellation required 30 days prior to arrival for deposit refund ($100 cancellation fee). Cancellations after final payment has been received are subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless property is re-booked for same dates and rate.
In Addition to the Rental Rates:
Tax Rate: 11.0%
Other Fees: A $224.50 VIP property management fee ($150 linen fee, $39.50 damage waiver, and $35 reservation fee)
